Field Construct contracted to design and build 16 x 1-bedroom apartments to comply with the then recently updated Public Housing Guidelines. The works included site clearing, mains server upgrade - inclusive of dewatering for structural peering, Ergon Energy street head infrastructure upgrade, site electrical reticulation, carports, concrete pavement and the construction of new kitchens, bedrooms, living areas and multi-purpose spaces. The project is carefully landscaped to improve climatic responses to the built environment for the comfort of the occupants as no air conditioning is provided.
