Through Richard’s commitment, energy for excelling in strong open relationships and unwavering attention to detail, he has delivered projects across the Far North Queensland region for public and private clients.
With outstanding professional expertise in design management, procurement and materials selection for construction in tropical climates. Richard has a keen focus on Quality, Safety and Environment Control for every project.
Every successful builder needs an efficient contract administrator and Paul conveys solid performance every time. Since joining our team in 2017, Paul has brought his sound civil engineering background to cultivate long term supplier and subcontractor relationships across the range of delivery partners we use. His project portfolio includes multi-unit public housing, educational and primary health care facilities.
Paul also fully participates in monitoring and reporting the project’s progress on site and ensures the scope of works is being delivered in line with all contract requirements. In his spare time, Paul likes to sing in the Choir for Filipino Mass at St Monica’s.
Joining the business in 2015, Luke is a major contributor to the success of the business as a leading Construction Manager. Qualifying as a degreed Construction Manager in 2020 Luke has embraced and excelled in the challenges of Tropics construction in the Far North, and with his background as a certified carpenter, elevates practicality in contemporary construction techniques.
Luke has supported and led one of Cairns most iconic projects – the Esplanade Dining Precinct for Field Construct with Cairns Regional Council – which has brought a new present-day infrastructure to assist Cairns’ tourism recovery from the impact of COVID-19.
Alex is one of the best North Queensland estimators – and is a highly respected industry professional. With exclusive experience as an estimator in the construction industry, Alex understands and calculates the estimates of a project – for the benefit of the client and for Field Construct.
A steady hand in cost planning and control is essential for any building project and Alex can ensure that - with his proficiency in his role as an Estimator in determining costs prior to the project commencement. With in-depth knowledge of current market resource indicators, Alex can develop estimates that serve as a more than reliable basis for the development of project contracts.
Rob has worked with Field Construct since 2006 on a variety of projects from renovations work to multi-million commercial projects. His strong leadership skills, enthusiastic approach and experience on the field together with exceptional building capabilities result in quality builds every time. Rob joined the construction industry in 1991 as a carpentry apprentice. He has experience in all aspects of commercial, government and domestic carpentry, including island and resort work.
Scott is a licensed builder and commenced with Field Construct in 2008.
He has far-reaching experience in all levels of building and construction, including but not limited to the construction of display homes, house renovations, civil works and construction for owner builders. He has vast experience in the erection of communications and fire-spotting towers (including helipads) in remote areas with difficult terrain, and employment of large government and company projects in which he has held a leading role.
He faces challenges with a levelheaded and pragmatic approach and his expertise is evident in some of the difficult and complex projects that he has completed.
Sam has a wide-ranging skill set predominately around Carpentry and Civil Works including residential and commercial projects. Sam has built JCU Internet of Things, Martyn St Netball Multipurpose Hall, Buchan Street Industrial Warehouse, Redlynch Science Centre and Trinity Bay Multi-Purpose Hall.
Sam has developed an understanding in concepts and practices across our integrated management system for quality, safety and environment.
David’s project portfolio includes a range of cyclone related insurance repairs, re-roofs, and re-constructions. He has completed many varied capital works projects for James Cook University and Government maintenance packages.
With extensive general and marine construction experience, working in remote areas on varying projects, David has a particularly developed finishes trades capacity.
Peter enjoys a progressive and fulfilling career through adaptive learning and proven work ethics; and to ensure mutual pride and satisfaction in each and all projects.
Currently working with the Field Construct team as the Construction Manager on a bespoke private residence based on Lizard Island.
Peter is also a Connector Training for Mates in Construction with the aim of reducing suicide in the construction industry as well as improving the mental health and well-being of Queensland construction workers.
Andrew is currently working on a range of projects with Field Construct as a leading Constructor. Bringing with him hands on experience as Project Manager, Site Builder and his original trade Carpentry skills creating a versatile in demand industry Constructor.
Having demonstrated experience and knowledge of all Residential & Commercial Construction, Andrew will continue to monitor the range of projects carried out by Field Construct to the highest standard, whilst coordinating with a range of contractors and client liaison.
Benjamin is our newest recruit to the Field Construct team as an Apprentice Carpenter and has been working with the team on our newest Esplanade Dining Precinct project.
Graduating from year 12 at St Augustine’s College in Cairns with high remarks towards his studies and comes highly recommended from his teachers and peers at school. Benjamin treats all team members with the highest respect and enjoys learning complex tasks often carried out by Field Construct as an award-winning commercial construction building company.
Working closely with Richard Field as the Accounts and Office Administration Manager, Tiffin ensures the integrity of our account management and client details. With excellent leadership and communication skills, Tiffin is an adept problem solver and a truly supportive team member.
Tiffin has extensive experience working as an overseer in accounts and administration for construction comprising of multiple companies that undertake property development and house construction.
Nick has many years of experience as an estimator in the construction industry in Australia, providing an understanding of the financial outcomes of a project.
In his role as an Estimator, Nick assesses the requirements of the project and compiles detail cost and resource estimates for projects prior to their commencement. His in-depth knowledge of current market indicators allows him to develop estimates that serve as a reliable basis for the development of project contracts.
Robbie has been recognised in the industry for his outstanding efforts and was awarded the FNQ Master Builders Queensland 2016 Apprentice of the Year.
Rob is a specialised carpenter with significate experience in multi residential, education facilities, office refits, executive housing, civil structures and industrial.
Aiden made his start with Field Construct as an apprentice directly out of high school. Aiden is keen to learn and a great fit in the team.
The future is bright for the construction industry with Aiden in it.
Jai is a dynamo of energy and go for our set out and trade co-ordination with subcontractors and suppliers as well as leading apprentices.
Jai is versed in commercial as well as premium housing solutions, working across a plethora or recent commercial projects across Cairns, Mossman and Yarrabah as well as a luxury home on Lizard Island.
