Extensive renovation bringing a 1940s beach cottage into a modern architecturally designed beach residence. Additional full pool renovation with landscaping.

This renovation involved re-use of existing framework and alignment of existing timber floors with modern additions. The client brief was to keep everything simple for effortless casual living and a place to truly relax. While air conditioners and fans are fixtures, the design allows sea breezes to flow right through the house. The mix of environmental aesthetics and low maintenance ethos, make this house the perfect getaway from city living.
