The Outside School Hours Care building having operated on the site for the last 20 years had experience growth and the facilities were dated. Richard Field Constructions was employed to expand the centre threefold and having done so moved the children across then refurbished existing space. The form of construction was largely residential with a greater factor of importance scale applied for the nature of the building.
